We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Cost
Shipping is free on every order.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most orders ship from our fulfillment partners' international warehouses and arrive within 7–14 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays and holidays.
Import duties
Prices include any US import duties — there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
Multiple items
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no progress and your order hasn't arrived within 45 days after it ships, email us at support@tyrusone.com with your order number and we'll resend it or refund you.
